To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit of $40 is required at the time of booking, which will be applied towards the service. Please note that appointments are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is accepted in cash only, and we kindly request the correct amount.

Deposits are transferable if rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

 

For customizing wigs and closures, please ensure they are dropped off two days before your appointment. Same-day customization incurs an additional $30 fee.

 

I adhere strictly to not working over other stylists' work, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as we provide a 10-minute grace period for everyone.

A $25 fee is applicable for being 15 minutes late, and appointments are subject to cancellation after 20 minutes, with no exceptions.

 

Kindly note that extra guests are not allowed.

 

Shampoo is included in our services if preferred. You can select shampoo/blow dry as an add-on for timing purposes. If not added, please ensure your hair is already shampooed and free from glue to avoid a $50 detangler fee.
